Import OPEA files into EVOPOS Price Books
OPEA is a widely used industry standard for delivering price files in Australia.
The files make use of a discount code system allowing the dealer to specify discounts to work out the dealer cost price. Supplier Discount Codes
Import OPEA File
- Navigate to Items\Price Books
- Select the Price Book from the drop down menu
- Select Maintenance from the side menu
- Select the Import - OPEA option
- Find the OPEA file by clicking the search icon in the file text box
- Click Ok to Import
OPEA Cost Price
Some suppliers include the cost price as the list price in the OPEA file, you will be prompted to enter the discount percent which you can leave as 0.
