Overview

Our deals section enables you to manage deals in a kanban view, this allows you to easily visualise your deals and move them between deal stages.


Pipelines

You can have multiple deal pipelines which allow you to organise your deals that have different stages.


The default pipeline is for Sales, but you could have a pipeline for finance deals and repeating business for example.


To create a new pipeline choose the Create New Pipeline option from the pipelines drop down.


Stages

Each pipeline can have multiple stages, these stages are fully customisable so you can cater to your sales process.


Click the stages button on the side menu to customise the stages for the pipeline you are in.


Creating a Deal

  1. Navigate to CRM\Deals
  2. Click the New Deal button
  3. Choose a contact
  4. Enter the deal details
  5. Click Save


If the prospect has a quote under their name, the system can prompt you to pull details from the quote.


Updating a Deal

To move a deal to a new stage you can drag and drop the deal into the new stage, this will prompt you to create a prospect event when you can detail the event and schedule a follow up.


You can also double click on the deal to bring up the details.
