Overview
EVOPOS Ship enables you to automate your shipping quoting, labeling and manifesting with our multi-carrier shipping system.
Purchase shipping consignments directly through EVOPOS, saving time entering delivery and parcel information into carriers systems.
Use your existing carrier accounts with your negotiated rates.
Requirements
- Evopos Ship Subscription
- 1+ Supported Carrier Account
Setting Up
Lets setup a new integration.
- Navigate to Settings\Integrations
- Create a new integration and choose the format of Evopos Ship
- Click Save and then the Evopos Ship Settings Button
- Fill in the address you will be shipping from
- See sections about Linking with Carriers and Saved Parcels below
- Click Save
Linking with your Carriers
You will need to have the appropriate carrier credentials.
- Navigate to Settings\Integrations
- Select the integration and then click the Evopos Ship Settings Button
- Click the Add Carrier Button
- Choose your supported Carrier from the list
- Fill in your carrier credentials
- Click Save
Saved Parcels
Saved Parcels allows you to save the dimensions and weight of a parcel so you can quickly create a shipment.
- Click the New Parcel button to create a parcel
- Enter the dimensions and weight
- Click OK to Save
Shipping Stock Items
You can have multiple items for the different shipments you do, this allows you to have a different description and pricing.
- Navigate to Items\Stock Items
- Click New on the side menu
- Choose the Item Type Shipping
- Click OK
- Fill in details and Click Save
Creating a Shipment
Creating a shipment starts off by entering your shipping stock item into the sales screen.
- Enter your shipping part number into sales
- A New Shipping Consignment form will open
- Confirm you have the correct delivery address
- Click the Get Rates option on the side menu
- Evopos will display a list of carriers and services
- Select a service and click OK
- You will be prompted to confirm the purchase of the shipment
- Once purchased Evopos will prompt you to print the shipping label
- Evopos will update the consignment with the shipment details
- Click Save to add the Shipping Consignment to the sale
Tracking the Shipment
You can track the shipment at anytime by editing or viewing the consignment.
