Price File

EVOPOS supports the file format used by KTM, so you are able to download and import the price file in a few steps.

  1. Navigate to KTM Dealer Net web site
  2. Download PriceList Extended file from the downloads section
  3. In EVOPOS navigate to Items\Price Books and choose your KTM Price Book
  4. Click Maintenance and choose the import manufacturer file option
  5. Choose the KTM/HQV/GASGAS format
  6. Find the file you downloaded


Supersessions

The price file does not contain supersessions, so you will need to import supersessions after importing the price file. Contact support to get this file.

  1. Import price file as above
  2. Click Maintenance and choose the import supersessions option and click ok
  3. Find the file




EDI Ordering

EVOPOS can export your purchase order into a file which you can then upload to KTM.


Setup

  1. Navigate to Contacts
  2. Find your KTM Australia contact
  3. Navigate to the purchase tab
  4. Type AUKTM into the supplier account number field
  5. Click Save


Export the Order
  1. When you save the Purchase Order the default option should be export the KTM file to: C:\Evopos\Orders\PO_0.txt
  2. You can then select the Upload Order file option from the KTM Dealer web site.
