Open the stock file spreadsheet, arrange the data columns into the following order and save as CSV Type. Fields in red are optional.

| D | Sell Price | Excluding tax (without commas or currency symbols) |

| F | Tax Code | 1 = Standard rated, 2 = Zero rated |
| G | Discount Code | For reference only. Cost should be automatically calculated in conversion |
| H | Availability | Shows availability of item in sales eg: 1+ / 5 / YES / CALL / N/A |
| I | Category Name | eg: Spark Plugs - NGK (Or new Code option) |
| J | Brand Name | eg: NGK |
| K | UserDefinedPrice_1 | Other Prices if required |
| L | UserDefinedPrice_2 | Other Prices if required |
| M | Barcode Number | If the item has a different barcode number |
| N | Long Description | eg: A catalogue description (can contain HTML) |
| O | Picture Location | eg: file name if in same location or full URL if on web (will add to Library) |
