eBay is an eCommerce marketplace which allows you to sell your products to a wide audience.
Setting Up
Requirements

Active eBay account with username and password ( this account must be verified and linked with a payment method to be able to list items)

Evopos Version 2.03.70 or greater

PayPal Account
Create an eBay integration in Evopos

Create a new Website in Evopos by:
- Navigate to Settings\Websites
- Create a new website by selecting New from the left menu
- We recommended naming your website "eBay"
- Change the site format to eBay

You will now have a button that reads "Link eBay Account", click this button and wait for a webpage to open

Once the webpage is loaded enter you eBay login details and click login

Select the "I Agree" button to continue

Now head back to Evopos where you should see a message box asking you if you have logged in, if you have select Yes.

Select Save
Payment Methods

In Evopos Navigate to Settings\Websites

Enter you Paypal email address into the correct field

Check tick box if accepting bank transfer payment method

Check COD tick box if accepting cash on delivery payments

Select Save when finished.

Downloading eBay Orders
eBay orders can be downloaded manually or on a schedule.
To manually download orders:
- Navigate to Sales\Recall\Orders
- Click Get Web Orders from the side menu
- Select eBay from the drop down list.
- Click Ok and your eBay orders will be downloaded into Evopos
Listing items on eBay
You have the option to use both Evopos and eBay to manage and list your items.
Managing your listings through Evopos provides you with the basic options, if you are creating advance listings we recommend you use eBay to manage them, you will still be able to download any orders that are placed.
Listing an Item

Navigate to Weblink

Change the site to eBay

Select the Items option for the left menu

Select the New option from the left menu

You will now be prompted to select from your stock items, choose your item and select Ok

An New eBay item form will now open

You can now fill out your listing details
-
Remember to always select a category

Click on List Item to list on eBay
Re-listing an Item
-
Navigate to Weblink
-
Change the site to eBay
-
Select the Items option for the left menu
-
Select Saved from the status options
-
Highlight the Item you wish to relist and select Edit

Confirm details and select List Item from left menu
